  7. Account yriver has been unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working again.
  8. my username is yriver
  9. Request to unsuspend my account. I received an email saying that I might be registering accounts in batches and I had to choose which account to keep. Now my account has been suspended by mistake. I only have this one account. If I have to choose, I would choose to keep this one account and remove all other accounts, if other accounts really exist. Apart from that, I do not think I have violated any other user terms.
  10. Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  11. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain nottanmayyy.heliohost.us. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  12. I checked my Tommy account and the Scheduled Tasks option isn't showing up for me either. Thanks for letting us know. 🙂 I've flagged this in the staff channel, and a root admin will update this thread once they've had a chance to look into the issue.

  14. Hey, Again task scheduler disappeared from the panel. Please check.
  15. An administrator will be able to set this up for you.

  23. OK, I see.. I guess I need to find a better way to handle my processing or switch to a VPS. I wish I would have known about all that before ! Well, I guess I still have a free hosting for life 😃 Thanks for your support anyway
  24. No. That's why I suggested switching to a VPS. Another option is you can switch to Python CGI instead of Flask. The timeout on CGI can be increased if you need it.
  25. Thanks for your answer ! Ok, then that was a really strange coincidence that every timeout was followed by a restart 😃 It's not happening again so I was wrong on that ! My code can handle Nginx restart as in it won't break anything, just cancel the current request.. I can deal with occasional restarts as they look like quite fast and seamless. And my project is just a developement demo.. So is it possible to increase the timeout ?
  26. You're not causing Nginx to restart. Nginx restarts hundreds of times per day on its own. Each time some domain gets SSL. Each time a new account is created. Each time an account goes inactive. Each time an account gets unarchived. There are tons of reasons for Nginx to restart, so if your code can't handle an Nginx restart, increasing the timeout isn't going to help and you need to get a VPS.
  27. I whish I could make it more efficient .. It's already heavily optimized. The script's bottleneck is actually not the CPU but the external API it's calling repeatedly, which has quite a slow rate limit.. CPU processing time in the most unseen extreme cases will be like 20sec, but is usually between 1-8 seconds.
  28. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
