It sounds like you needed an alias, not an addon domain. An addon domain sharing a document root with the main domain is not recommended...doing so can cause issues in Plesk, and will completely break both domains if the addon domain is later removed (Plesk will delete the now-shared document root). Do you want me to convert this to an alias for you?

I assume you're using $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] to get this value...if both the server and the visiting device support IPv6, it's typically going to be preferred. PHP can only see the IP of the connection used to call the script, so if the connection came in on IPv6, you'll see an IPv6 address.

To Whom It May Concern I am using VPS133 to study PHP programming. I have encountered an issue while developing a PHP application. When I try to retrieve a visitor's IP address, my code only returns the IPv6 address. However, I need to obtain both the IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (when available). Could you please advise whether this is related to the server or network configuration, and let me know if there is a way to retrieve both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from visitors? yes sorry, will be carefull later. also, I am writing to request your help in setting up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for my domain, jagung.web.id. My hosting account username in johnny : bahayo I have been having issues with my emails going to spam folders. I ran a test which confirmed my domain currently has no email authentication configured. The results are as follows: SPF: None DKIM: Unsigned DMARC: Missing Spamhaus Email Tester Score: 3/9 (Does not comply with Yahoo/Google requirements) I understand that HelioHost can configure these records for me. The official HelioHost wiki states: "To help improve the delivery of your emails, you can request that SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records be added to your account. Please create a new topic in our Customer Support forum and include your hosting account username and domain name so we can set this up for you."

The addon domain will have its own directory with the same name for your webdocs. Only the main domain has the httpdocs directory. The domain has been added. Please allow up to 2 hours for it to fully work. If after that time it doesn't work, clear your browser cache. Please note that requests should be in English as this is what all staff are fluent in.
