Our website does not currently allow you to do a one-time buy on a VPS (or turn off future renewals on an existing one) without just cancelling the service entirely, but Krydos may be able to manually cancel the auto-renew on our side without deleting the VPS for you. Adding a button to cancel auto-renew on a VPS without actually cancelling the VPS itself would be a good addition... Escalating to see if auto-renew can be turned off for VPS34 without cancelling the VPS.

I added the domains back, it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working again. A root admin can assist you with recovering the data. The rebuild got a fresh OS and install of Plesk so everything on the previous version did not move over.

Dear manager: Because during Johnny's previous outage, my user was deleted, I rebuilt it today, and only yaner.helioho.st was restored. However, my original two projects gwxy.helioho.st and scorn.helioho.st can no longer be found. The heliohost.org subdomains are no longer available to users (they haven't been available for several years now, though legacy domains have continued to work). We had to limit the heliohost.org domains to staff and system domains because the actual heliohost.org domain kept getting blacklisted from places like facebook and marked as malicious in Chrome due to abusive or hacked users with these subdomains sending spam or setting up phishing. We can add it back temporarily if it's needed, but there will eventually come a time where remaining accounts will be forced off of these domains. Is there a specific reason you need this domain temporarily?

A VPS comes as an empty linux box that you can configure it however you want, so you can definitely set up whatever web server you run to host multiple sites. Many of our users ask for a free control panel like Hestia to make setting up and managing a web server on their VPS simple. Note that if you want to put your subdomains under the vps133.heliohost.us domain, you'll need to contact us to have the DNS configured for each subdomain, as a VPS cannot automatically add the DNS records needed for a something.vps133.heliohost.us subdomain to work.

hello again, my username is csierrae1815, I have now moved my Node.js application to an external server (Railway) to prevent any further high memory usage on the Tommy server. However, my application is currently getting a 500 Internal Server Error because it cannot establish a remote connection to my MySQL database hosted on my HelioHost account. Here are my account details: Username: csierrae1815 Main Domain: hotel.helioho.st Server: Tommy Database Name: csierrae1815_Hotel_Laravel I have already enabled "Allow remote connections from any host" in my Plesk database settings, but the connection keeps timing out from the external IP. Please let me know if external access is possible or if it is completely blocked.

The account will now only be used for the frontend static files / database, ensuring it remains well within the resource limits. I appreciate your help and understanding.

Good day. Whenever i try to visit my website located on the domain hax4.fun, it redirects me to the plesk /login_up.php page instead of the index or something else. This does not seem to be an issue when looking at it in preview. Same thing happens when i enable my free assigned helioho.st domain (kekusis.helioho.st). I am not really sure what to do from here, this issue seems to have appeared on it's own when i wasn't concerned with the website. SOLVED: Seems like the ipv4 & ipv6 addresses of the plesk server have changed, so i just had to replace the old ones with the new ones in my DNS. Once again, big thanks to the HelioHost team for their amazing opportunities, nobody provides such reliable hosting at this subscriptionless price and more importantly with an active community like this.
