  4. Hello HelioHost Support Team, I am facing a serious issue with my hosting account. All of my domains and subdomains are showing the following error when opened in the browser: "Misdirected Request – The client needs a new connection for this request as the requested host name does not match the Server Name Indication (SNI) in use for this connection." This means the SSL/SNI routing on my account is not configured correctly on the server. My account details: • Username: texu • Main Domain: (my main domain) • Subdomains: All subdomains are showing the same SNI error • Hosting server: (Johnny — please check) I have not modified anything manually. This looks like a server-side misconfiguration where my domains/subdomains are pointing to an incorrect or mismatched SSL certificate. Please kindly: 1. Rebuild/reset the SSL certificates for all domains 2. Refresh/update the SNI routing 3. Rebuild Apache/Nginx virtual hosts for my account This issue is preventing all my websites from working. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

In that case we recommend adding the new domain as an addon domain (not an alias) and then you can use .htaccess to redirect all the traffic from journalpulse.heliohost.us to synapsejournals.dedyn.io. I set the new domain as your main domain, and the heliohost.us subdomain as an addon. I also put an .htaccess file on the journalpulse.heliohost.us with these contents: RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^journalpulse.heliohost.us [NC,OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.journalpulse.heliohost.us [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://synapsejournals.dedyn.io/$1 [R=301,L,NC] This should redirect everything to the new domain with a permanent redirect which means search engines and browsers should update their links. This .htaccess should preserve the path and filename so if someone goes to journalpulse.heliohost.us/path1/file2 it should send them to synapsejournals.dedyn.io/path1/file2, but if you're having any issues feel free to customize the .htaccess as you need. Eventually if you stop seeing any traffic to the heliohost.us subdomain in your web statistics let us know and we can remove the domain entirely to save server resources. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

  7. Hi Krydos, Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’m planning to use synapsejournals.dedyn.io as the main/canonical domain for my OJS site. Please redirect all traffic from journalpulse.heliohost.us to synapsejournals.dedyn.io so that old links keep working, but the new domain will be the primary one for branding and future journals. Thank you!

  15. Hello, I had to reactivate my account ( due to heavly loaded time I hadn't logged in 30 days). Now it shows error 503 ( account status is active and I have received mail information that account was reactivated successfully) matyka.heliohost.org What to do?
  16. Probably because SPF and DKIM aren't set up (you have to request that, it's not enabled by default)...most mail providers will just throw your email away unless those are configured. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain qiyemailset.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be. Try the test above, then try sending your normal emails again

The information reads: ● Multiple family members creating an account from the same internet connection. ● Logging in from a school internet connection where another student also has an account. ● Logging in from a work internet connection where a coworker also has an account. ● Maintaining an account for someone else. I need this account because I don't have a backup of my website files. It's true that I logged in with a different account, my old account from 2023 and forgot the password. If you need more than the 10 domains you already have, you can purchase a paid account here: https://heliohost.org/morty/ Each paid account is good for 10 additional domains, and is valid as long as you keep the bill paid. Creating another account that is not on Morty will result in a ban.
  26. Hello, Thank you for the clarification and for giving me the opportunity to respond. I understand why my actions looked suspicious, and I want to give a clear and honest explanation. First, I apologize sincerely for the confusion and for creating extra accounts. I did not intend to violate any HelioHost rules. The truth is: I created my first account normally. When I faced issues adding subdomains, I thought the problem was due to a setup mistake on my side. Because of this misunderstanding, I created additional accounts using different emails, thinking it would fix the issue. This was a mistake — not an attempt to bypass rules or take advantage of your system. I was not fully aware that having multiple accounts was against policy, and once I realized, the damage was already done. Regarding the identical requests: Yes, they look similar because I copy–pasted my request while trying to fix the same problem from different accounts. I now fully understand that this was the wrong approach. I want to assure you that: I have no intention of abusing the service. I will use only one account moving forward. I will not create any new accounts again. I appreciate HelioHost’s free service and I do not want to lose it permanently. I respectfully request one last chance. I am ready to follow all rules strictly from now onward. Thank you for considering my explanation. I truly appreciate your time and patience.
