I credited your existing Johnny account with $19 plus $5 bonus for a total of $24 which should last you two years as long as you don't have any overages. We'll email you occasionally to let you know how your balance is being used. Our apologies for requiring this upgrade. Plesk gives us a discount of about $2300 per year for the licenses we use on Johnny and Tommy, but one of their requirements is we can't let any commercial businesses use those plans. It would really be devastating for us to lose that discount. Our yearly operating cost is about $7300 so increasing that by $2300 is a significant increase for us. Thank you for being so understanding and helping support our non-profit mission.

  7. It is not public facing. It is just the notifications for the orders. Only the managers see it.
  8. Lets see what Krydos says about this, as I'm not sure if hosting what sounds like an internal system for a business will be an issue (I'd assume not as long as it is not public facing).
  9. Alright, the VPS finished building, and you should have received an email with the subject "VPS17 has been created!" that contains the username, IP address, etc for your new VPS. I copied your password from the Tommy account so you should be able to login with the same password as before, but if the password doesn't work for the VPS you can try resetting it at https://heliohost.org/reset/ I also installed java and Tomcat for you and installed SSL. You can see Tomcat running at https://vps17.heliohost.us:8443/manager/html Once you login via SSH to your VPS you'll see a file named tomcat.txt in your home directory that contains the username and password to login to the Tomcat manager. Since you exchanged the Tommy account for a VPS I went ahead and created a full backup of your Tommy account, which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup/ and deleted the Tommy account. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

  11. I got moved to Morty2 because my account was flagged for being a commercial business. I have no commercial websites hosted. I have several projects that I am working on, all free and open-source, no commerce involved. One of my projects is for my job. The new online ordering system that we use sends us an email notification, whereas the old system sent us a text. The system we use is not available to anyone except the owner. On my own, I developed a system that will send us a text when we get that email. The text includes name, amount, order pickup time, and a link to see what was on that order. The database of the orders and the contents of the orders are hosted on my site, but it is not affiliated with my job in any way, shape, or form. Please let me know if you need any more details.

  13. I have payed 4 dolars. The Helios service has aplplied a payment for 2 dolares two times. So I have payer 4 dolares yesterdar from my account. a VPS has a cost around 4 dolares. I need modify my account and migrate to a VPS considering my 4 dolares paied yesteday

  18. You're suspended because we have reason to believe you were using Johnny to run a website that belongs to a commercial business. The Johnny and Tommy plans cannot be used to run commercial websites. Normally, we would offer a free trial of Morty for this, but you've already had a trial previously and chose not to purchase, so you were suspended instead. If you wish to keep your website hosted here, you'll need to either purchase a Morty subscription or prove that your website does not belong to a commercial business. How would you like to proceed?

  20. Hi, my account has been suspended. I'm not certain which part of the terms of service I have breached. I have one public facing static website and and a non-public website I use for receiving user submitted error reports for free software I develop. If the issue is with the error reporting service, I can remove it and host it elsewhere, but I'd like to continue hosting the static website if possible. Thank you.

I was not aware that HelioHost allows only one account per person across Tommy and Johnny. I sincerely apologize for my mistake. I would like to keep this account (kalairohith07@gmail.com). If necessary, you may permanently remove my other HelioHost account. I kindly request that you review my account and consider restoring access to this account. Your account was moved to Morty because we determined during a routine compliance audit that your account is being used to host a commercial website, which is not permitted on Tommy or Johnny due to our discounted Plesk licensing on those servers. From our terms of service: You should have received an email similar to the below, however because you were one of the first accounts moved, it's possible it moved before the email notification was in place. You'll need to prove the websites on your account do not belong to commercial businesses, start paying for Morty, or remove the commercial websites before the trial expires.
