  2. Thanks, I have enabled some scheduled tasks. I will monitor the Memory and CPU in the next a few days. The tasks only run for a few seconds every 2 minutes. So far the resources use is not significant. But I will see what may consume more and if there spikes. Before I move to Morty, i would like to understand what might be causing it. Thanks

  4. Our email support has been down since the 30th. If you haven't seen the news, our management/name servers (which host DNS alongside our account management system, forum, email support system, and our website) failed on April 30th. Long story short, one of the two suddenly skyrocketed in load and became inoperable, so we shut it down only for the other one to do the same hours later. With no prior history of this issue, it was kind of unexpected... The management infrastructure ran an old version of cPanel DNS-only under a well-past-EOL operating system. Those servers were that "we'll get to it later" project we all tend to have, and have been sitting ducks for quite a while now. Something finally shot the ducks. While we are working on recovery, we are still currently unable to process account moves, domains deletions, or email support requests. Your request has not been forgotten and will be processed when services are restored.
  5. Hi, I recently paid the $19 fee to upgrade my account to Morty. The payment was made last Thursday (April 30th), but I haven't heard back from Krydos and my account is still in the Johnny server. I had been in touch with Krydos about this request through ticket #546672, and prior to the forums downtime during the weekend, that post had been updated with all my email communications with Krydos, including the message where I notified him about the payment (and included a screenshot of the payment confirmation on Stripe). However, after the forums were back online, the topic is now showing as closed again and all the latest communications from April are gone. I sent Krydos another email on Saturday asking him about the status, but haven't heard back from him. So I'm posting this message here. I'd like to know when I can expect my account to be moved to Morty so I can start uploading my files. Please let me know if you need the screenshot I had shared with Krydos showing the payment was made, or if you need any additional information to proceed. Thank you.

  7. All of your German logins are from VPNs. You probably just forgot to connect to your German VPN one time, and revealed your country. Obviously our US government is very anti-Iran right now, so it's not worth getting shut down and 7000 other users losing their hosting because we knowingly allowed one Iranian to use our hosting. Our backup system is broken right now, but we should be able to get it working again in the next few days. I'll reply to this email once your backup is available for download.

  15. Escalating to Krydos for reconsideration since you no longer live in Iran. It's possible that proof of non-Iranian residency may be required (e.g. German residency papers, non-Iranian passport, etc.) to be unsuspended.
  16. Dear HelioHost Support, Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I no longer reside in Iran — I have relocated and currently live in Germany. As such, the US Federal Regulations restriction regarding Iran would not apply to my account. Could you please reconsider the suspension in light of this updated information? However, if restoring my account is not possible at this time, I kindly ask that I be given a way to retrieve my files and data. I have important files stored on the account and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to download a backup before any permanent action is taken. Thank you for your time and understanding.   17. I am experiencing issues with the site antoniodifelice.heliohost.st For the past few days, it hasn't been loading and is displaying the following error: This site can’t be reached. If I reach the index page through Plesk control panel the website works. I think there is some DNS resolution issues Could you please help me with this?

Howdy, Admins! 🤠 I recently renewed my Tommy account today from inactivity since I thought of experimenting/tweaking my mail services from my main domain to use the mail forwarding feature on it. However, I have only realized just now that due to the recent DNS errors/issues, I cannot send or receive emails at all nor open my Webmail Roundcube. I humbly request for your assistance to fix/recreate my DNS again to resolve this issue.   23. The root admins will reply in here once it's been fixed. As you can read in the News section here (https://helionet.org/index/topic/67623-when-servers-explode/) there have been server problems recently, but for these DNS issues, they are trying to action them as quick as they can.
