I took a look at your VPS, and it is indeed very slow. This is because MariaDB and PHP-8.3 are using all your memory, and your load is very high. Between MariaDB and PHP-8.3 they are using 3081 MB of memory and your VPS only has 2048 MB memory, and the OS and everything else needs to have some memory to operate too. When I checked you only have 300 MB free, and 1.4 GB is swapped. You should aim to have only 0-50 MB swapped, and definitely more free memory than only 300 MB. Here are some options to increase the speed of your VPS: I would recommend increasing your memory to 3 GB or 4 GB at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/upgrade/ You could modify the MariaDB config to use less memory if you don't want to upgrade the memory. You could modify the PHP-8.3 config to use less memory and/or have less FPM workers if you don't want to upgrade the memory. In order to free up some memory for you, I restarted MariaDB, but it will likely just swell back up to the same memory usage as before unless you modify the MariaDB config as I suggested in option 2.

VPS admin would need to check on this for you.

When I load my websites which are hosted on my vps. They shows 504 (Gateway time-out) errors many times and after some time it's getting normal and it shows website perfectly. Fix this please !

Alright, I have deleted the new VPS132 that you created, transferred the new subscription to the old VPS35, and you should be good to go. If this happens again in the future please note that you can just click the link in the email to pay for your existing VPS rather than creating a new VPS. Less work for you, and less work for us too. This seems resolved. I just modified the dispatch.wsgi and *.htaccess; the pings and logs returned to normal. I will check back again later today.

I'm just wondering, prior to request of WSGI control access, the site deployment was slow but still deploys. It was turned on as per my request to enable fast development. Yesterday, I requested WSGI control access to be disabled for now due to development going on a short hiatus. Prior to that request being fulfilled, the site deployed at softhauz.ca domain was working fine both in mobile and in desktop; the changes made in development was reflected perfectly in the live site at softhauz.ca. However, I checked the logs this morning (3/9/2026 01:00 AM MDT) because softhauz.ca suddenly gets the 500 server error after WSGI control access has been disabled. The logs indicated the following: mod_wsgi (pid=2734086): Failed to exec Python script file '/home/softhauz.ca/httpdocs/softhauz/dispatch.wsgi'. I only needed the WSGI control access to enable fast development, I still expect my site to deploy and be available even when I am in hiatus. Please let me know your inputs. Thanks

So i was looking to add manually a friend´s domain to my account. But wasnt able to find the option in the plesk panel, neither a way to manually edit the DNS to try to add it over there. The domain is https://www.kadimastuff.com.ar/ and just need to forward to an other link. (probably the forwarding ill be able to do it from the plesk panel) The domain its already pointing to helio host. Thanks

I've added the new domain, and removed the helioho.st one. Please note that we don't really "change" domains, it's done with an add and remove and there's a risk of data loss when domains are removed. Since the folder for the old domain inside Plesk will be deleted, I made a full account backup for you before I removed it, in case you need any of the old files.
