  2. Looks good. You actually sent 75 messages today already. Note that each recipient is one message (a single email sent to 4 people counts as 4 emails, not 1). Since you're only planning to send 50/day and you've already hit 75, I'll make the limit 75 so there's some room over the 50 you said. If you need more, let us know. I've turned your email service back on for you. Please be sure the unsubscribe options are added before you start sending these to actual users.
  3. Today
  4. I've added those subdomains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for them to fully work. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admins for their consideration.
  6. Please let us know what version of Python you are using, 3.9 or 3.12? Here's some more info on the details needed to request additional modules: https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial#Request_Additional_Python_Modules
  7. Hi. My username is hul04w2m3. I want to add new domains for my heliohost account. They are: blog.bac.helioho.st game.bac.helioho.st git.bac.helioho.st Thanks.
  8. Hi, Could you please run pip install reportlab on thelema93.com.br and arniskali.com? Thank you!
  9. I understand! Here are my answers: How many emails do you plan to send per day? A maximum of 50, but not every day. The idea is to remind my students about upcoming events and classes. Where do you get the email addresses from? My app is used to manage my classes, so the email addresses are from my students. How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe? Got it. I will add a link in the message so recipients can opt out of receiving future emails. Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app that allows recipients to opt out of future emails. Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app for users to report abuse. Does each email have a link to unsubscribe? Not yet, but I will add one. Do you share or sell the email addresses you collect? No. Post an example of the messages being sent. This is an example of the message I was using to test by sending it to myself. I will modify it to include the required elements, such as an unsubscribe link, an abuse address, and more.
  10. The restriction you're experiencing is intentional. We restrict the email service to 10 emails per hour and 50 per day to prevent users from sending spam or bulk email. The questions posted above by moneybroz will need to be answered if you'd like this limit increased.
  11. For us to increase the limit, you need to answer a few questions: 1) How many emails you plan to send per day? 2) Where you get the email addresses from? 3) How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe? 4) Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up? 5) Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up? 6) Does each email have a link to unsubscribe? 7) Do you share or sell email addresses that you get? 8) Post an example of the messages being sent.
  12. Hi, I'm trying to increase the number of outgoing emails for the account hanu@thelema93.com.br, but I'm encountering the following error: "The value must be in the range 0..10. Only the Plesk administrator can adjust this setting." Could you please help me with this? Thank you!
  13. You're very welcome!
  14. Hi, Thank you so much for the detailed response. Now that I understand it better, I’d like to keep things as they are: I’ll use the free HelioHost domain as my test site, and I’ll give people the new custom domain. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me! Thanks, Troy
  15. No one is born knowing about any of this stuff, and it's easy to get a little confused when things are new. 🙂 To make sure we set things up as you want them, could you please give us a little more info on the below: What do you want to happen when someone goes to the papasenpai.heliohost.us website? If you want them to see the exact same thing as you have on senpai.wtf, because you are using the exact same single set of files for both web addresses, then this means you'd want an alias. If you don't even want to use the web address papasenpai.heliohost.us at all anymore, and you just want people to visit senpai.wtf, then what you'll want us for us to change your main domain (papasenpai.heliohost.us) to be senpai.wtf. In this case, the papasenpai.heliohost.us address will no longer exist, and visitors will get a Site Not Found. You would only have a folder inside Plesk to put files for your senpai.wtf website. Right now, you have papasenpai.heliohost.us as your main domain, and senpai.wtf as your addon domain. If you wanted to, you could leave things like this. (You can have up to 10 domains on an account, so having these 2 is no trouble.) The current setup is that both your sites need their own set of files. So this is good if you want to make 2 completely different sites, but not great if you want visitors to see the exact same thing, since your files would need to be in 2 places (and this is the problem that aliases will solve!) Since you have a custom domain, I feel it's more likely you'd only want to share the senpai.wtf address for your site, so I suspect what you want is a main domain change, but please let us know. Some users (including myself) use the free heliohost domain as a testing site to try new things, and then also have a custom domain as an addon domain, where we keep the pages we want to show off on the web address we share with others, like the setup you have now.
  16. Hello, I apologize in advance, as this is all still pretty new to me. When I requested to add the domain senpai.wtf to my papasenpai account, what I was hoping to achieve was for my main site (papasenpai.heliohost.us) to simply use the new domain instead. It seems like senpai.wtf was set up as a completely separate site. I think I misunderstood what I needed to request — I believe I actually meant to add an alias, although I’m still not 100% certain. What would you recommend in this situation? I just want to make sure I'm setting it up properly and not causing any extra confusion. Thanks for your help, Troy
  17. Thank you very much!
  18. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS by either using our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or by using A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The domain may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  19. Hello, Could you please add the domain senpai.wtf to my papasenpai account?

  24. Since I moved to the Morty server, the performance of the apps has improved significantly. Occasionally, I still encounter a 500 error, but it's nothing critical. That said, could you provide more details about the logs for the timestamps below? 26. Your logs are mostly 503 errors, which is due to an ongoing issue involving high volumes of traffic against our webmail service. We're working on mitigating that now. Note that this is different from 502 bad gateway, which is normal when Apache is restarting on the server. That happens approximately every 2 hours and usually lasts 5-10 minutes on Johnny. It's faster on Tommy, and currently doesn't happen at all on Morty due to newer hardware and having so few users and domains on Morty. Static pages will always be fastest because there's no server side scripting, and will typically not be affected by 503 errors. InfinityFree's service is faster for a few reasons: They have a massive for-profit corporate parent company (iFastnet) with huge amounts of money and can afford millions in server costs, so servers aren't crowded. We're a tiny nonprofit with an operating budget of <$10k/year that owns our equipment and has no corporate parent. We can't easily afford more servers. Infinity Free is artificially crippled. Those restrictions tend to mean people don't stick around for very long, and they can't run larger applications if they do. Our free Johnny service and the one-time-donation Tommy plans aren't. To give you an idea, 96% of our shared hosting users are free users, or are one-time donors who donated as little as $1 for lifetime service.
  27. The funny thing is that if I do not have loaded the web page, the default page always loads at first without any delay, but if I upload my web page, many times it takes up to 20 seconds to load and many others directly gives error and no problem of the uploaded page, because when he decides to charge, he does it correctly. I know it’s a free service, but for example Infinityfree is also free and doesn’t have those problems.
  28. Sure. Account reflux has been unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again. The other account can just be abandoned. It will delete itself in time since it's suspended. If you'd like to request it be deleted, please post from its matching forum account and we can do that.
  29. I received a system notification about multiple accounts created on the Tommy server. I actually ended up creating two accounts, but I stopped using the primary one after I created this secondary account. I'd like to make this account (username: “reflux”) functional and deactivate the other one, is that possible?
