Your new payment has been linked to your VPS and it has been powered back on. If you're having issues making a payment just tell us that and we can keep your VPS powered on for some extra time. If you ignore our emails and don't say anything to us we assume you've abandoned your VPS and just power it off to save server resources for paying customers.

Also note that you posted this at 1AM here in US CST when most of us are asleep.

That's probably the monitor being broken considering you're on Morty. It's also possible the monitor is getting blocked by our firewall if it's opening too many connections. My first suggestion would be to try a different monitoring service. There's hundreds of other paying users on the same server as you and none of them are reporting issues.

The quota includes the trash, and since you didn't clear the trash you're still over the limit. Backups 0 MB Emails 0 MB Files 12.94 MB Trash 970.56 MB Logs 4.90 MB PSQL 0 MB MariaDB 69.16 MB Total 1057.56 MB When you delete a file, if you don't check this box the file still takes up space on your account. You can also just occasionally go to /home/sisintex.heliohost.us/.trash and delete everything inside there before you exceed your limit. If you like having 970+ MB of junk sitting in the trash another option is you can use the link MoneyBroz posted to increase your storage.
-
Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

My Tommy account is suspended because disk usage exceeded the limit. I have removed files and I’m now under the quota. Please unsuspend my account. My username is jhromany

Tried that as well, to no success. Due to the way the folders are and the content , it's proving difficult. I'd appreciate if you can extract it from your end. Thank you.

It looks like remote MariaDB is already enabled. MariaDB [(none)]> select user, host from mysql.user where user like 'lostandfound_%'; +-------------------+------+ | User | Host | +-------------------+------+ | lostandfound_user | % | +-------------------+------+ 1 row in set (0.048 sec) I can try updating Plesk. I believe we're an update or two behind.
-
Marking solved because deleted the request.

It's probably timing out. Johnny is not very fast, so a big file may not finish before it times out. Maybe try several smaller zip files with fewer files in them? If that doesn't work, let me know and we can see about extracting them on our side.
-
I ran into that behavior on my Tommy account last week too. The remote settings don't work. The UI defaults to 'any host' even when it is actually off, and changing it does nothing (it doesn't update, and is back to 'any host' after you save and the page refreshes)...I thought it was my (ancient) account, but your account is brand new and on another server. Maybe a Plesk bug? Escalating to Krydos...

I've been trying to extract a zip folder into one of my domains; ngo.helioho.st, but it delays and doesn't finish extracting or ends up showing errors. The folder name is 'node_module-linux.zip' and it's size is 185MB. On my local, the extracted size is 570MB. I still have ample space on my alloted space so i don't get why i can't extract it succesfully. Infact, other extractions have earlier failed for other domains before i cleared them out.

That suspended screen is not ours, so we cannot assist with that. You'll need to contact the developer of whatever game or program that is to get assistance.

Once again, we don't know which account is yours, so I can't be sure. However, if you're based in Iran (or any of the other countries the US prohibits doing business with), then yes. Here's a link to our terms of service if you'd like to read it for yourself: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/terms.
