As such, the US Federal Regulations restriction regarding Iran would not apply to my account. Could you please reconsider the suspension in light of this updated information? The root admins will reply in here once it's been fixed. As you can read in the News section here (https://helionet.org/index/topic/67623-when-servers-explode/) there have been server problems recently, but for these DNS issues, they are trying to action them as quick as they can.

The unpaid volunteer staff try to help as quickly as possible. However we donate time here outside of our other responsibilities like paid work, school, family, etc so our free time can vary.

What is the TLD of the domain you want added, .com, .net? You can add your own database inside Plesk for the domain once it's been created.
