  2. Tracebacks usually dump into the Plesk Logs section if there is one. They're a bit hard to read because of how Plesk formats them, but they're usually there. If you can't find what you need, just let us know and Krydos can check the backend for any additional logs. As for Postgres, there is no management tool and it does not support remote access by default. You have to either install something like Adminer, or request remote access to it so you can connect from a desktop tool like pgadmin and configure it that way. What is the name of the database and database user that needs remote access?
  3. Support is all volunteer and is primarily based in the USA. We were all asleep when you responded. If you post anywhere between 12AM and 7AM (US Eastern time), you won't receive a response quickly since there's nobody available. That said, we don't believe your story either, especially since the supposed owner of the other account has been caught lying to staff previously (which is bannable on its own). If it's your account, you should be signing up on your own, under your own email address, and managing your own account from your own computer. Our terms of service does not allow users to manage another person's account on their behalf without requesting permission before creating the account. Can you explain why the email addresses on these accounts have the same person's name in them?

  14. Thanks for the answer. I continue getting 503, or 500, or whatever after a long time waiting for the response... I was thinking that maybe is a problem related with db but it would be weird (my db is near to 250kB) I tried to check if SSL is the reason for, but the tool from HelioHost says that the score is "Grade A" This is what Logs shows almost everytime I guess this errors appeared after waiting browser to load (no matter if I tried to get into the website through mobile or computer). I accessed to website and then started a timer, and it loaded the error after 65 seconds... I tried too with "mysqli" instead of "PDO"... In the beggining, seems to be faster, but day after change it, it seems the same.

So this to say cancel my query about "how do i get python to work", where i was rambling about Gunicorn. Any tips or "fun stuff to try" is always appreciated.   18. It looks like you were suspended for using 201.15 GB of memory. I'm not sure what content you're hosting that caused such a massive spike in memory over a ~17 hour period, but it's also possible that a bot or malicious actor is paging your website repeatedly. I've unsuspended your account, it'll resume working shortly.
  19. My account shows that it has been suspended. I don't know why. I mainly use it to support my email address and create a static Live2D display webpage. Maybe there is some code that violates the rules in the GitHub project I used? If so, I can redeploy one. Please help me lift the suspension. Thank you!

  25. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain grafolana.helioho.st. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/grafolana.helioho.st/httpdocs/GrafolanaBack/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.

In order to save the staff time in the future if you need to request more modules, please go to https://krydos1.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.12.py first and use ctrl-f to search for modules before requesting them. This way it won't waste our time going through a long list of modules to figure out which ones are already installed and which ones actually need to be installed. Thanks.
  27. I have a django api running on heliohost on the domain anasbashir.helioho.st. And I got wsgi access also got postgres enabled. But how can I access the postgres. I want to be able to migrate the django models into database, for that either I need remote access to the postgres or terminal access to the server. The manage.py file is located in /httpdocs/manage.py And the command to migrate is python manage.py migrate. Secondly, where do I access the traceback log if any error occurs, I couldn’t find it. Additionally, if I wanted to log something using python’s logging module, where can I log to, and how can I access it. Edit: I wanted to mention that I did find the logs. Just that I couldn’t find any traceback in it.
