Virtual environments for Flask don't work on Morty, Tommy, or Johnny. So you have a few options: Use Python CGI instead of Flask. CGI can use a virtual environment on Morty, Tommy, and Johnny. I believe that you can keep your 5000 MB storage upgrade as well, whether you choose to upgrade to Morty or recreate an account on Tommy.

You do realize that python has no user interface in plesk, right? It just works.
