Hi, I’m currently running Python 3.12 on the Morty server.

Please do not create duplicate threads for the same issue. This issue is already being looked into in this thread: https://helionet.org/index/topic/64155-why-my-account-is-suspended/ We asked you "Are there any circumstances that could explain why you were flagged for having multiple accounts?" and we await your answer. If you've only created 1 account, is it possible that someone who shares your home computer or home internet connection also created an account? Have you ever logged into your HelioHost account from your work or school, where there may be other account holders on our platform that you might not even know about? Please reply in the other thread that I have linked above. HelioHost is run by volunteers who contribute their free time and creating duplicate requests for the same issue can result in unnecessary duplication of volunteer effort and delay responses to you, as well as to others who need help.

Looks good. You actually sent 75 messages today already. Note that each recipient is one message (a single email sent to 4 people counts as 4 emails, not 1). Since you're only planning to send 50/day and you've already hit 75, I'll make the limit 75 so there's some room over the 50 you said. If you need more, let us know. I've turned your email service back on for you. Please be sure the unsubscribe options are added before you start sending these to actual users.

I understand! Here are my answers: How many emails do you plan to send per day? A maximum of 50, but not every day. The idea is to remind my students about upcoming events and classes. Where do you get the email addresses from? My app is used to manage my classes, so the email addresses are from my students. How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe? Got it. I will add a link in the message so recipients can opt out of receiving future emails. Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app that allows recipients to opt out of future emails. Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up? If necessary, I can create this account. Otherwise, I will include a link in my app for users to report abuse. Does each email have a link to unsubscribe? Not yet, but I will add one. Do you share or sell the email addresses you collect? No. Post an example of the messages being sent. This is an example of the message I was using to test by sending it to myself. I will modify it to include the required elements, such as an unsubscribe link, an abuse address, and more.

The restriction you're experiencing is intentional. We restrict the email service to 10 emails per hour and 50 per day to prevent users from sending spam or bulk email. The questions posted above by moneybroz will need to be answered if you'd like this limit increased.

No one is born knowing about any of this stuff, and it's easy to get a little confused when things are new. 🙂 To make sure we set things up as you want them, could you please give us a little more info on the below: What do you want to happen when someone goes to the papasenpai.heliohost.us website? If you want them to see the exact same thing as you have on senpai.wtf, because you are using the exact same single set of files for both web addresses, then this means you'd want an alias. If you don't even want to use the web address papasenpai.heliohost.us at all anymore, and you just want people to visit senpai.wtf, then what you'll want us for us to change your main domain (papasenpai.heliohost.us) to be senpai.wtf. In this case, the papasenpai.heliohost.us address will no longer exist, and visitors will get a Site Not Found. You would only have a folder inside Plesk to put files for your senpai.wtf website. Right now, you have papasenpai.heliohost.us as your main domain, and senpai.wtf as your addon domain. If you wanted to, you could leave things like this. (You can have up to 10 domains on an account, so having these 2 is no trouble.) The current setup is that both your sites need their own set of files. So this is good if you want to make 2 completely different sites, but not great if you want visitors to see the exact same thing, since your files would need to be in 2 places (and this is the problem that aliases will solve!) Since you have a custom domain, I feel it's more likely you'd only want to share the senpai.wtf address for your site, so I suspect what you want is a main domain change, but please let us know. Some users (including myself) use the free heliohost domain as a testing site to try new things, and then also have a custom domain as an addon domain, where we keep the pages we want to show off on the web address we share with others, like the setup you have now.

Hello, I apologize in advance, as this is all still pretty new to me. When I requested to add the domain senpai.wtf to my papasenpai account, what I was hoping to achieve was for my main site (papasenpai.heliohost.us) to simply use the new domain instead. It seems like senpai.wtf was set up as a completely separate site. I think I misunderstood what I needed to request — I believe I actually meant to add an alias, although I’m still not 100% certain. What would you recommend in this situation? I just want to make sure I'm setting it up properly and not causing any extra confusion. Thanks for your help, Troy

Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS by either using our name servers (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or by using A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. The domain may take up to 2 hours to start working.

Since I moved to the Morty server, the performance of the apps has improved significantly. Occasionally, I still encounter a 500 error, but it's nothing critical. That said, could you provide more details about the logs for the timestamps below?
