Hi Admins, I successfully generated the SSL certificate thanks to your help. However, when I try to send an email from contact.me@alk.helioho.st to Gmail, the messages are completely blocked with a 550-5.7.26 error because SPF and DKIM authentication failed (DKIM = did not pass, SPF = did not pass). Could you please add the standard SPF and DKIM TXT records to the DNS zone of alk.helioho.st so Gmail can authenticate my mail server? Domain added using default document root. It can take up to 2 hours to function. As for the document root being inside another, I agree with Krydos: Putting the document root of domain A inside of domain B has tons of weird issues and is not supported. Notably: Domain A would be accessible via domain B, configs applied to domain B may break domain A, and if domain B were to ever be renamed or deleted, domain A will lose all of its data and break.

The error logs do in fact show what's wrong with your program. This is what I found when I logged in as you and checked your error logs. The built in Python cgi module is no longer supported as of version 3.13. The old server had 3.12 so it could run it, but the new one is 3.14 and cannot.

Hi Admins, I am using a free subdomain provided by HelioHost on the Tommy server. Since I do not have direct access to manage the root DNS records for this domain extension, I am unable to resolve some SSL issuance errors via Let's Encrypt in Plesk. When I try to secure my domain, I encounter the following issues: webmail.alk.helioho.st returns a 404 Not Found during the HTTP-01 challenge. mail.alk.helioho.st returns an NXDOMAIN error (missing A/AAAA records). Could you please help me check the DNS zone configuration or manually fix the aliases/routing for these mail subdomains so they can be successfully secured? Apologies if my language is rude, I just uploaded an old program of mine—from before last May crash—and it runs perfectly on my computer. However, as soon as I uploaded it, it broke like a shit, and the worst part is that the logs never tell me what the hell is wrong. The default document root is /natsu-scripts.fr/ and your main domain is in /httpdocs/ I would argue that putting a domain inside the document root of another domain will cause more interference than the default.

The Flask app requires the WSGI configuration (flask.wsgi + .htaccess) which is already set up in /httpdocs/gag-2webui/. If I use the default document root, the .htaccess rules would conflict with other services in subdirectories (/protector/, /wiki/, /items/). Keeping the addon domain pointing to /httpdocs/gag-2webui isolates everything cleanly.

We've been doing this for 20 years. It's not a security issue on the server itself, it's WordPress, though it's possible your wordpress installation is hacked or being pounded by bots, both of which will cause it to use even more load than it already does. The security of WordPress itself sucks, and WP gets hacked all the time. We usually see a couple of users per week get their Wordpress instances hacked. Even if it's not hacked, it's very inefficient, being one of the heaviest PHP based CMSes available. Also, our load measurements are a cumulative sum, not actual numbers, which is why they seem extreme. We sample your load every 60 seconds, and just add the samples together over the span of 24 hours. For example, the 200GB memory limit expressed as continuous usage would be only about 140 MB continuous usage, which is pretty easy to get suspended for (and many people do, usually because they left a node or python app running).

im literally just starting my site on jhonny yet acc suspended and site goes high load thing?

200 GB memory or 10,000 CPU. ??? it a small simple wordpress site. i think it impossible! im just starting my site! are you sure the load from my site and or not from other? possibly jhonny hacked since there is reportedly bug and security breach on linux machine these days? like januscape CVE-2026-53359 based what im read on some forum?
