Please don't create multiple threads for the same topic. It's possible the backup was performed before you created your PHP file. You'll need to either look for the PHP file in your own backup, or recreate it from scratch.

It seems the "your domain should start working" is bad messaging. Now the counter resets to 1h 51m. It doesn't establish that the domain owner is the one looking, and promises something not delivered. Should be, "Domain Unconfigured. New domains will be reloaded in {time}"...

These need a destination again in my Johnny account: hotnova.com gpt.hotnova.com DNS is externally hosted. https autocerts by johnny were doing their thing before. yamahasho.heliohost.us (or can be sho.heliohost.us if not looking too impersonating), by Heliohost DNS. Had it before (or a mis-remembered likeness). No plesk domains yet, no subdirectories. Currently for http://gpt.hotnova.com/ - a confusing (and un-selectable) Heliohost text "your domain should start working in about 32 minutes) half a day later after account re-creation. --unnecessary reminder: Added subdomains can take up to 2 hours to start working.-- Thanks!

There's no data on my side this time around because you've been suspended for more than 24 hours. Tommy has been experiencing high load as well as an issue where tasks sometimes fail to exit properly lately (which is probably because he's past-due for rebuild), so its possible these issues are manifesting due to s server fatigue. Tommy was supposed to be rebuilt to address these issues before they become an issue, but Johnny cut in line when he decided to die unexpectedly. The tasks do seem to be the issue based on the charts from the last suspension, as the load dropped to basically 0 when I turned them off: https://helionet.org/index/topic/67991-incorrect-username-password/#comment-302346 I would suggest troubleshooting them one at a time. You can watch your load at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ Note that the load chart can take ~10-15 minutes to show the load once you actually cause it. I'll unsuspend you one more time, but I'm going to disable all of your tasks again. Please do not run these tasks again until they are either fixed or you move to Morty. Unsuspended. Hi , my account got suspended again. But I did previously stopped the tasks that were potentially causing it. This was the advise from support "The jobs causing this look to be that collector_control and ogn_bridge_control task." I did change them to run once a day, it didn't make difference. Than I disabled them all together. So not sure what might be casing it. Can get access , so I can check the scripts? Thanks

Are they gone now? Tommy has been grumpy the last few days because he was scheduled to be upgraded next, and Johnny cut in line. I've had to kill stuck tasks for 3 different people in just the last few days.
