  2. I've added that subdomain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the change to take effect. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache

  4. Dear HelioHost Support Team, I am writing to follow up on the email you sent me regarding the multiple accounts. I sincerely apologize for missing the 24-hour response window; it was an oversight on my part. You were absolutely correct that I had created three Tommy accounts. I have now read the Terms of Service carefully and understand the violation. I would like to formally request to unsuspend and keep only one of my accounts. The username I wish to maintain is: Username: [gjamesbrown76] I understand and fully respect the reason behind this policy, especially for a non-profit service. Please feel free to permanently suspend or delete my other two accounts. I truly value the service you provide and apologize again for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Sincerely, Gjamesbrown76
  5. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  6. Marking solved because the user reported their own content to request it be closed. In the future, please reply to your topic instead if you no longer need assistance. Also, to clarify the issue, Johnny's MariaDB restarts around this time of day for maintenance, and during the restart, it is impossible to log into your account and Plesk will not function. If you're already logged in, you'll receive database errors or undesired behavior. It resolves in a few minutes on its own when the restart completes. This behavior (while a bit scary) is normal.
  7. Alias added. Please be sure to configure DNS. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  8. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.

  10. Subdomain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  11. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. It can take up to 2 hours to function.
  12. Domain added. Please keep in mind that there is a limit of 10 domains per person, and you are now using all 10. If you want additional domains in the future, you will be required to have a domain removed first in order to have a different one added.
  13. That worked! Thank you very much!

  15. I’m so sorry, I didn’t fully read the email I was sent. This can be closed
  16. In PostgreSQL you can't have a database username that is the same as a database name. Can you double check that this is the correct database username?
  17. Thank you MoneyBroz for the tip. Thank you KazVee for suggesting to delete a test file, this worked and I now can see the .trash folder. Thank you wolstech for reviewing, yes they are all WordPress, which are bloated, I just didn't know how bloated. So I will need to review them. I'm glad that I bought more space so as I experiment I wont have any overage. Thanks again everyone, have a great day and feel free to mark this a solved.
  18. Domain added. Please be sure to configure DNS. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  19. wow. thanks. thank you.
  20. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.
  21. I could try creating a PostgreSQL database for you if you let me know a database name. MariaDB is also available, and is the recommended database type to use as long as there isn't a specific feature of PostgreSQL, such as PostGIS, that you need.
  22. Domains added. It will take up to 2 hours for your domains to work.
  23. Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  24. We use Plesk's implementation for getting LE certificates, and I believe it does supply the intermediates. We've never had a user report issues with LE certificates not verifying on Firefox due to missing roots or intermediates, though I know FF works a bit differently from other browsers.
  25. You do indeed need to reset your account if you tried the toolkit and want to remove it or start over with it. The tool kit (or possibly softaculous, not sure if it can change doc root when you install an app from it or not) is the only way to change the document root on your side. Laravel is rather poorly supported on our servers. It does work, but you would need to use the tool kit to create a skeleton app, then manually replace the skeleton files with the software you’re trying to install, probably via FTP. You can run artisan commands from the toolkit I believe if needed. I’ve gone ahead and reset your account again for you.
  26. You’re likely using the wrong path to the binaries. Its /usr/bin/python3.12 (or python3.9). All accounts have access automatically, this is not something that has to be requested. Please see: https://wiki.helionet.org/Python_Tutorial
  27. Subdomains don't get a httpdocs folder. Instead, you'll see new folders at the same level as your httpdocs folder (which is where your main domain files go) with the same names was your subdomains. You'll put the web files for the subdomains in the folders named after them.
  28. You just need to set the name servers as you did, and ask us to add the domain to your account. As MoneyBroz asked above, what's your account username?
