  1. Past hour
  2. Hello, I'd like to request adding a subdomain to my hosting account (cendarehor). At the moment, there is a single domain "spojenka.cz". I would like to be able to use the subdomain "karticky.spojenka.cz" as well. Both the domains are proxied through Cloudflare, DNS records are already set up. Thank you.
  3. Dear Admin, I have this issue can you check and fix please We're sorry, but something went wrong. The issue has been logged for investigation. Please try again later.
  4. Please check your PMs for information regarding your Lily account.
  5. The name servers you need to use are ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org by the way. Looks like MoneyBroz didn't answer that part.
  6. Sharing a network connection or computer will definitely do this. We generally recommend that if an account is being used for school to use their school email address so we know its an education account (this also helps others in their class avoid the same issue if they happen to also use us). He can change his email address in Plesk. Unsuspended. They might take a little while to work again.
  7. Domain added. You'll need to configure DNS for the domain to point to the IPs shown in Plesk. The domain can take up to 2 hours to function. Yes our server will generate a certificate for you once DNS is configured, or you can issue it manually from Plesk. Note that it can take 2 hours for SSL to work once a certificate is installed. As for moving, you should be able to just download everything from your old host to your computer, then upload it here via either Plesk File Manager or an SFTP connection (use host tommy.heliohost.org, port 1373, protocol SFTP, and your plesk username and password). If you have a lot of files, zipping them will make the transfer much faster because you can upload one file then unzip it in the file manager, vs. uploading 1000s of individual files.
  8. Created. Please be sure to configure DNS by pointing the domain to our name servers or by using A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk. It can take up to 2 hours to function.
  9. Today
  10. Okay, thank you for your reply. Another question: is it intentional that well-nigh all directories outside /home are list-accessible by anyone? It is at least quirky that (although I could not access the files themselves, fortunately) the contents of /boot can be freely listed, thus revealing the kernel version and literally every former patch. Not a security issue itself, but can be used for preparing an attack. Methinks /boot and /proc directories should be completely denied (including listing files) for anyone excluding root.
  11. Yesterday
  12. You can do this yourself in Plesk. See https://wiki.helionet.org/Node.js
  13. Glad to see you got it working. Please let us know if you need anything else.
  14. Last week
  15. MoneyBroz tried to do a backup for you last night, and was having trouble with it so I told him to give up and I'd take a look at it today. I took a look at it myself just now, and I'm unable to access the filesystem either. It looks like it locked up too many times, and was forcibly rebooted too many times and it destroyed the filesystem. I went ahead and started the rebuild for you. You'll get an email in a few minutes when it's done.
  16. Just let us know when you're ready to increase your Morty balance and we can provide a link to set up the payment. For something like a Morty balance increase it's not that big of a deal if the money takes a couple weeks to arrive. We will send you an email when you have about a month's worth of balance left.
  17. Domains added. it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working.
  18. What domain would you like to add?
  19. Account has been reset, and a new invite has been sent to your email address. You can also download a backup of your account before the reset at https://heliohost.org/backup
  20. Since your account was hacked our policy is to require an account reset. Are there any files or databases that you need backed up? A root admin will need to check each file by hand to make sure it doesn't contain any credit card numbers, passwords, social security numbers, etc. so we're not going to check 20k files. If you need just a couple files they can be backed up though.
  21. Hi @wolstech I’m not sure what happened but it’s working now 😂 thank you!!
  22. Morty's /tmp was full again. Another user's Node app was malfunctioning (or more correctly, missing, the user deleted the files without disabling node, causing Passenger to sit there and fill up /tmp with error logs until the server broke). The broken node app has been disabled, the /tmp folder was emptied, and Morty is now working again.
  23. Never mind
  24. i just did a fix so epic , just don't select all the text in the page
  25. Closing due to inactivity since there has been no response in this thread for over a week. If you're still having this issue or need help with something else please open a new ticket.
  26. Since your account was transferred from cPanel I recommend doing the reset option 3 from above. These ancient accounts tend to have a lot of issues and strange bugs anyways compared to accounts that were created directly on Plesk. I went ahead and created a full backup for you which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup You can read the instructions for extracting the backup at https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Let us know when you're ready to proceed with the reset, or what you'd like to do.
  27. Domains added again. They can take up to 2 hours to function.
  28. Domain added, it'll take effect in about forty minutes. You'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP address or switch to HelioHost's nameservers for the domain to work.
  29. Done, the domain changes will take effect in about forty minutes. You'll need to add an A record for mymangaworld.com to Johnny's IP or switch to HelioHost's nameservers if you haven't already.
