Yes, your VPS domain can be changed in the future. If you decide to purchase your own domain later on, we'd recommend Namecheap since HelioHost has an affiliate agreement with them. You can read more about that in the Wiki here: https://wiki.helionet.org/How_You_Can_Help#Use_Our_Affiliate_Links Once you're ready to purchase the domain, if you want to do it with Namecheap you can click on the banner graphic in the Wiki page, or use this link so HelioHosts gets a bit of commission for the referral. Please note that you may need to disable your adblocker or add the link to your allow list for the link to work: https://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap In the meantime, I've escalated this support request to our VPS admins who can add the free domain for you.

Thank you for installing the modules! I also notice that the Python/mod_wsgi option is not showing in my Plesk dashboard for ctrlroom.heliohost.us. On Morty, my Flask app ran via mod_wsgi with the entry point at: /home/ctrlroom.heliohost.us/httpdocs/workboard/flask.wsgi Could you please enable mod_wsgi for Python on my domain so I can configure the Python app in Plesk? Thank you -

Krydos can take a look, but the fact your account only existed for about 3 weeks reduces the odds of being able to recover any databases. The ones we have recovered primarily came from older backups or account archives that existed before the crash (such backups are system-created when an account is archived from inactivity, and are often created by an admin when an account is reset). What was the name of the database? Also, do you know the name of any of the tables in that database? -
