Hi,

 

I had signed up a few months ago for the Johnny server account. About 5 days ago, jje restored my account, although after redesigning my site I have discovered I only need PHP and MySQL server scripts.

 

For this reason, I have decided to change my server to Stevie. I have followed the wiki article for this, deleted my account, waited over 48 hours and the sign up form on heliohost.org continues to reject my submission.

Server: Johnny

Account Name: whbadmin

Domain: www.whitehorseband.co.cc

 

It would be really great to be able to sign up again for an account on Stevie.

The reason you were unable to create a new account on Stevie is because there were still remnants of your Johnny account in the database. I am manually deleting those remnants and the process should be complete in a few minutes.

 

Ok. The deletion has finished and you should now be able to create a new account on stevie. As of the time of this post signups are still available on stevie for the day. You can monitor if signups are available with this tool http://heliohost.uni.cc/sign-up.php
