mysteriousm
Please wait 24 hours and then add that domain again. Now, for some reason all my addon domains are no longer listed in my cpanel and whenever I attempt to go to these domain I get the "Account Queued" Page, even after clearing my browser's cache. Additionally, when I try to add these domains again, it says the domain has already been configured. The affected domains are: mysteriousm.tk menofaction.tk mysteriousmail.tk

mysteriousm
Ok, Thanks If this helps Djbob any, when Geoff was helping, my main domain (mysteryiousm.heliohost.org) was changed to (mysteriousm.tk), which was one of my original addon domains and the one I have been predominately using anyway. If you go to this domain (mysteriousm.tk) you get the 'Account Queued' page, which in theory I may have to wait about three more hours for it to straighten out. But when I attempted to add an addon domain I get this message. I do have the domains set to the Helio name servers (ns1.heliohost.org & ns2.heliohost.org)

mysteriousm
That's weird your main domain is showing mysteriousm.heliohost.org This is what I am seeing on my end. Looking further at the sidebar in cPanel, it doesn't show any form of ip address.
Tjoene
.tk domains are just URL Forwarding. They point to a domain the user gives up, but you will see the .tk domain in your adress bar.
cl58
I think they expanded and now offer that and a similar service to that of co.cc. I could be wrong, but I think they changed it.

Domain name: MYSTERIOUSM.TK Domain Nameservers: NS01.DOT.TK NS02.DOT.TK NS03.DOT.TK NS04.DOT.TK @mysteriousm, can you change the name servers on your MYSTERIOUSM.TK through your registrar to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. This is probably why it's not working correctly. If you cannot change those name servers then tjoene is probably correct and you can only use their .tk domains through url forwarding. They have added more features and now you can set it up just like a co.cc or cz.cc domain. .tk domains are not just isolated to dot.tk anymore, I think you can even get them off of go-daddy. cl58
Regardless, you cannot view a HelioHost site unless the name servers are directed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. If you cannot change these settings, than you cannot use HelioHost with that domain.
