[HH#738231] python not loading basoc test.py fil per tutorial

had a python app working prior to the server going down. looking to re-add to new server but basic test.py in cgi-folder as suggested not working https://efb.helioho.st/

The permissions of cgi-bin were wrong. It should be 755. This is the default permissions that your account starts with, so if you hadn't changed it then your script would have worked fine. After changing your cgi-bin permissions back to the default it works fine now.

yup  duh!  appreciate the quick support!      also saw that peewee no longer supported so replaced w/ sqlite3    up & running!   made a small donation to show my appreciation    will eventually get around to getting morty or even the vps but in the interim txs for the good u do here!    MUCH appreciated!!! 💖
