Hello,

My websites on your servers are suspended due inactivity.

I renewed my account but the renew icon keeps spinning even after 60? min.

I recieved an email from heliohost that my account is activated again
but I can't login and in a browser I always get the renew page with the
text "Your account has been suspended for inactivity. To keep your
account active you need only log in toheliohost.org
at least once every 30 days. Failure to
log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive.
If you would like to continue using this account you can renew it. If
you have already recently renewed your account and are still being
redirected to this page don't forget to clear your browser cache."

Even ater clearing up the browser cache.

Is it possible to fix this problem

Thanks in advance.

It looks like the last time you renewed your account was 2026-05-09, so your recent renewal was never submitted. We've sometimes seen people's router or antivirus program block you from submitting the renewal. When that happens the spinner just spins forever, but your router or antivirus has blocked you from actually submitting the renewal. I went ahead and started your account renewing, and it worked perfectly fine for me. The spinner only spun for less than a second, and then the renew started as expected. If this happens again to you in the future try using a different internet connection to bypass the router or try disabling your antivirus. Our website works fine as long as your internet connection doesn't block you.

Also if you frequently have issues renewing your account you could also consider moving to the Morty account at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ The Morty server doesn't have inactivity suspensions, and never have to remember to login if you don't want to.
