Hello! I have divided up this email to separate out the various questions you have about our service. Please see the answers below: 

1. Your lifetime hosting plan's maximum validity years? 
Lifetime hosting in this case means the lifetime of HelioHost as an organization, not your personal human lifetime. As long as HelioHost exists in some form, we will offer free hosting. HelioHost is entirely community-driven and donation-funded. As long as we have community members giving their free time to keep things running, and donors who send funds our way to pay for servers, equipment, Plesk licenses, and other things needed to run a free hosting service, HelioHost will be around. 

2. Is it a real lifetime hosting Yaha scam? 
It is real lifetime hosting, as explained in Answer 1. I don't know what a "Yaha scam" is. However, asking about scams is always an interesting exercise in logic and critical thinking abilities. Actual scammers AND non-scammers will both say that they aren't scammers, right?
Our web hosting is free on the Johnny server. I would suggest you can sign up for the free web hosting and decide about our service for yourself. Then if you are happy with the service, you can donate USD $2 later on, and upgrade your account to the donor server (Tommy).

3. No payment in the future? 
Correct. No payment needed in the future. The Johnny server is completely free. The Tommy server is available for a one-time donation of USD $2 with no payments ever needed after that. 4. your lifetime hosting any hidden charges
The free hosting plan on Johnny is free with no hidden charges. Accounts on the Tommy server are available for a one-time donation of USD $2, with no charges needed after that. Optional upgrades are available if you need more storage space, but these are entirely up to you and you can keep the 1000 MB account for years and years, all for free (on Johnny) or for the USD $2 (on Tommy) if you want. If you do not want to login every 30 days to keep your account active, your options are to create an account on the Morty server (https://wiki.helionet.org/Morty) or to get a VPS (https://heliohost.org/vps/).

6. Your lifetime hosting server's location? 
Our servers run on hardware we own, out of a professional datacenter in Silicon Valley, California, USA. 

7. Is the server always online 99.99%? 
No. Our goal for the Tommy server is to keep the uptime at or above 99.50%. Our goal for the free Johnny server is to keep the uptime at or above 97.00%. 
These are not Service Level Agreements (SLA), and we make no guarantees about our service or uptime. If the uptimes are at or above those levels, we consider this to be an acceptable level and there is no problem. If the uptimes are below the levels indicated, we consider this a problem, and we work to improve the situation.

If you require higher uptime than what is offered on the free Johnny server or the Tommy donor server, you can move your account to our best server, Morty. You could also consider getting a VPS. 

8. your lifetime hosting plan upgrade in the future? 
Our fundraisers enable us to upgrade hardware when needed. If you choose to upgrade your hosting plan, you can upgrade from Johnny (the free server) to Tommy (the USD $2 donor server), or upgrade to our best server Morty, or get yourself a VPS. Upgrading your account is entirely your choice though and you can remain on Johnny or Tommy as long as you like, as long as you follow the Terms of Service and login once every 30 days to your account. 

9. Which panel did you provide with a lifetime hosting plan? 
Plesk is the control panel provided on our shared hosting servers. 

10. Does your lifetime hosting plan support Node.js, React, Next.js, PHP, MySQL DB, etc.
Yes, all of those. We use the fully free, fully open source version of MySQL which is named MariaDB.
