I have started your reset, and in a few minutes you should receive an email from no-reply@heliohost.org (not this email from support@heliohost.org) with a link. Click the link in that reset email to take the next step in the reset process. If you need any of your files form before the reset I made a full backup which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup if needed. During the reset process your DNS records should get recreated as well, but let us know if you're still having DNS issues after the reset is complete.
