signing up for a vps

Hey I told my friend Matt about how helio host offers vps servers, and he was interested in signing up, but when he tried to sign up, it said something about that there is a wait list for new vps servers, I checked the news forum and didn't see any announcements about that, so I was just seeing what was going on with that, so I know what I should tell him, as he is really interested in setting up a vps.

Yes, it's moverst959@aol.com, when he tried to sign up, it said you had no room to build the vps and had him add his email to a wait list.
