devashraf Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago Hello, it seems that the account was deleted after the last server failure. I recreated it, and I need to re-create the subdomains. lpl.helioho.st waken.helioho.st (folder) waken-eg.helioho.st (alias - no need to a real folder - just a forward to waken.helioho.st) award-sci.helioho.st award-edu.helioho.st Thank you Ashraf Quote
wolstech Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago Johnny accounts have a 5 domain limit, so these won't fit as written. To make them fit, we need to reduce the number of domains by one. I would suggest either making one of them your main domain (and remove ashraf.helioho.st), or skip the alias. How do you want to proceed? Quote
devashraf Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Please send me a stripe link, and I'll upgrade to Tommy 7000 MB plan, so we move the account to Tommy and create the domains. As per the link below, it costs 27USD. https://heliohost.org/tommy/ Earlier, Krydos created a 5USD link for me here, but I want a 27USD link instead. It must be a Stripe link because my country blocks both PayPal and its payment gateway. Thanks. Edited 2 hours ago by devashraf Quote
devashraf Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Update: Please, Let us start with these domains on the current Johnny. 1- lpl.helioho.st 2- waken.helioho.st 3- award-sci.helioho.st 4- award-edu.helioho.st I'll test server speed and compatibility (for Moodle, for example). Then, I'll upgrade to Tommy. Edited 2 hours ago by devashraf Quote
KazVee Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I've added those domains to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain changes to take effect. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache When we load tested Moodle, it caused a lot of load so the risk of suspension is high. Please make sure to keep a very close eye on your account load if you use Moodle. You can check your account load here: https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ You can check out the load testing report here, showing the results for Moodle in the table: https://wiki.helionet.org/Common_Software_Load Quote
