URGENT ACADEMIC REQUEST:

Dear HelioHost Support Team,

I am writing to request the reactivation of my account. This website hosts a critical university project (a hotel management system) that I must present and deliver this coming Saturday, May 30th. My final academic grade depends entirely on this project.

I believe this suspension is an error, as the site is strictly used for educational and testing purposes. Due to the tight deadline, I urgently need to regain access to my project files and database. If there was a resource spike caused by my code, please let me know so I can optimize it immediately.

Please reduce the memory usage of your node application, or remove it if it cannot be corrected.

I have completely moved my Node.js application to an external server to prevent any further excessive memory usage on Tommy. The account will now only be used for the frontend static files / database, ensuring it remains well within the resource limits.
