Dear Support at Heliohost,

I requested a password reset several times and have not received one. I was reaching out to see if there was anything support could do to help me. I have tried the last password I remember for the "arco" account and have not been able to gain access.

Got it. Sorry, I was under the impression I had to log in at least once a month or my account would be deactivated. That was why I was trying to log in so that my account wouldn't be inactivated for not logging in. It just registered with me that accounts on Johnny wouldn't be able to log in or request a new password as Johnny is down.

I replied separately to the message about Johnny going down requesting to be moved to Morty while Johnny is rebuilt/brought back online. Primarily, I just want to make sure my account isn't deactivated for not logging in once a month.

I appreciate the free hosting and volunteers that put the time in to keep HelioHost going and support user accounts. Please let me know if I have to take any further action to be moved to Morty. Once my account is moved, I can retry my username and password.
