[HH#760876] not receiving output from scheduled tasks

Hello,
I have setup a scheduled task that runs once an hour. (id 7196). I
configured it to send notifications every time to the subscription owner.
The task is running (I can see by changes to my DB data). But I do not get
the output. When I run the task manually from the interface there is output
- so i expected to receive it.
