me dit encore de choisir mon plan pour payer, et quand je choisis mon

I just paid for my Morty plan—$5—but immediately after completing the payment and creating my account, I was prompted to create an account again. Then, I was told once more to select a plan to pay for; when I selected my existing plan, I was asked to pay yet again—over and over. Please resolve this as quickly as possible; this is a consumer-facing site, and your users cannot afford to wait.

Sorry to hear you had some trouble with our signup process.

I took a look at your account, and it looks like you submitted a username, but instead of submitting a password something blocked you from sending the password to our website. We've seen that before when someone anti-virus or router settings prevent your browser from submitting information to our website. Usually the solution is to disable the anti-virus, or use a different internet connection.

Since you were having trouble submitting a password I went ahead and finished creating your account with a random password and a free domain that matches the username you submitted. I see you've already reset your password and gotten logged in so everything seems to be good to go. You're allowed to have up to 15 domains on your one Morty account so we can add more domains for you, or if you don't like the default free domain I picked for you, we can change that as well.

Since your account is working and you've logged in successfully we would appreciate it if you could close your PayPal dispute. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Thank you, it's good now.
I just delay for a long time to recognise my account, but now things are
going good

Hello,

Please add my custom domain to my Morty account.

Username: gentillenoir075
Domain: sitex.quevvy.com
Server/Plan: Morty

I will manage DNS records externally, so please tell me the correct A
record / IP address if needed.

Thank you.

A record pointed to 65.19.154.93 and an AAAA record pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::1011. You can install SSL yourself by clicking SSL/TLS Certificates on the Dashboard tab. You can set up the 301 redirect with an .htaccess file in httpdocs/.htaccess

Hello.
I want to know something.
Recently, I deployed a website with your default free domain, but when
changing it, I created another project
But as I see that the last one was in the doc httpdocs, that is like a main
folder.
I want to get space, but I don't know exactly if deleting that folder
can create some issues in the website, because it took much place.
And I also want to know if it's possible to increase my disk space

Since you have a Morty account you can have up to 15 domains on your account. The first domain you pick while signing up is your main domain and the files are kept in httpdocs. We don't recommend deleting that directory because you'll likely mess up your file permissions which may require an account reset to fix.

If you want to add another domain just let us know and we can add it for you. If you're thinking about purchasing a domain we do have an affiliate program with Namecheap that you can use https://heliohost.org/partners/namecheap It won't cost you anything extra, and we get a few cents for referring you. Keep in mind that you may need to whitelist that link or disable your adblocker before clicking it. You don't have to buy a domain from Namecheap if you don't want to. We can host domains purchased from any domain registrar. All you need to do is set your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and then let us know what the domain is.

When you add a second domain it will show up in your home folder under the name of the domain. So if your main domain is main.com the files will go in httpdocs, but if you add a second domain named addon.com you put the files for the second domain in the folder called addon.com

You can increase your storage space at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/storage/
