Dear Support,

I am sorry to hear of the difficulties. I am fine staying with Johnny
for now and waiting until it gets back online after the rebuild. I
appreciate the Morty offer, but I will decline it at this time.

I have backup of my files, so I am not worried about any losses.

Sounds good. Our apologies for the downtime. We should have rebuilt Johnny sooner before this happened.
