Johnny's dead! Can you move my site to Morty on a trial?

Based on the email offer, I would like to have my site restored to Morty temporarily while you rebuild. Might even stay there for a buck a month if the uptime is better.

I have sent you an invite to create a new account on Morty. During signup you'll be able to pick one domain as your main domain, but after the account is created we can add additional domains to the account. You can download a backup of your Johnny data from https://heliohost.org/backup but not all of the recovered data is in there yet. If you're missing anything let us know and we can try to find more for you. Let us know if you have any issues getting your websites back online. Our apologies for the downtime. We should have rebuilt Johnny sooner before this happened.

I have created the new account on Morty but I seem to be missing the database from the backup that was available to me just now. The old account had 2 databases but I only need the one called 'fahqdio_hd2stats'.

I took another look at the crashed Johnny server, and there is no trace of that database remaining. You'll have to restore it from your own personal backups that you made.

I guess the backups created by plesk scheduler are also gone?

Can you give me some text that would be inside the database? Sometimes when files are recovered in a situation like this the filename gets lost, but the data inside may still be there with a randomized name.

Unique text in a table could be "Dio-Helldiver" and "Da-Dio1969"
