Hi, its asking for a username and password. i already set this as
markbasintegral and its not accepting it

It looks like you have a VPS and a Tommy account under the same email address. In order to login to your VPS make sure you use the username markabsintegral, and if you want to login to the Tommy account make sure you use the username viamia. If you try to login with the email address it will be ambiguous, and will probably default to the Tommy account. Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in.
