[Solved] Increase Mail Quota

Can you please remove the mail sending restrictions for support@hhfn.org.bd and allow unlimited mail sending.

This mail is used to send regular updates to our members who registered themselves via https://hhfn.org.bd/membership/

Also people get confirmation mails when they fill this form: https://hhfn.org.bd/fund-request/

Also there is a good amount of options in admin panel which uses this mail address to continuously notify admins, mail triggered by their activities.

We'll soon add the privacy policy and report abuse option in our website for compliance to terms of Heliohost.

We do not allow an unlimited email setting however we can increase the number of emails for you. Here is the questions we need to ask you before increasing them:

1. How many emails you plan to send per day?

 

2. Where you get the email addresses from?

 

3. How can recipients of your emails unsubscribe?

 

4. Do you have an unsubscribe@yourdomain.com address set up?

 

5. Do you have an abuse@yourdomain.com address set up?

 

6. Does each email have a link to unsubscribe?

 

7. Do you share or sell email addresses that you get?

 

8. Post an example of the messages being sent.

1. 500 is ok for now I think, during bulk mail sending (update to members) I'll require 200 mails to be sent within a minute. So hourly 500 mails and daily 1000 mails will be far more safe though during normal days total mail count will be within 10-20.

3. They can just reply to remove their info from database, we regularly check inbox.
