I currently hold multiple VPS accounts with your company. While one of the servers is active and fully paid, the other VPS is currently down due to a failed payment. I have made several attempts to complete the payment, but unfortunately, the transactions have not gone through. This particular server hosts multiple systems for my clients, and its downtime is significantly affecting service delivery. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving the payment issue and restoring the server as soon as possible. Krydos Posted February 20 Posted February 20 It looks like the payment went through correctly at 8:06am, about 45 minutes before you emailed this, and your VPS is already powered back on. Let us know if you're still having any issues.
