Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I currently hold multiple VPS accounts with your company. While one of the
servers is active and fully paid, the other VPS is currently down due to a
failed payment. I have made several attempts to complete the payment, but
unfortunately, the transactions have not gone through.

This particular server hosts multiple systems for my clients, and its
downtime is significantly affecting service delivery. I kindly request your
urgent assistance in resolving the payment issue and restoring the server
as soon as possible.

Please advise on how I can successfully complete the payment or if there is
an alternative method I can use.

It looks like the payment went through correctly at 8:06am, about 6 hours after you emailed this, and your VPS is already powered back on. Let us know if you're still having any issues.

I also want to point out that you've had quite a few warnings that you ignored. If keeping this VPS online is so important you may want to make sure you're checking your email.

2026-02-12 04:47:00 PayPal emailed you to let you know your payment failed.
2026-02-17 04:08:00 PayPal emailed you again to let you know your payment failed a second time.
2026-02-17 18:53:00 We emailed you to let you know that your VPS payment had failed.
2026-02-20 02:06:11 Since you had ignored all the emails, we assumed you had abandoned the VPS, and powered it off.

If you're not receiving any of these emails you may want to check your spam settings.
