I'm trying to purchase a server from heliohost but don't have a PayPal
account, please do you have another payment channel where I can use my card
to make payment to ?

You don't need a PayPal account to signup for a VPS. On the payment page have you tried clicking the button labeled "Debit or Credit Card"?

Like the auto-reply email says our email system doesn't support binary attachments such as images or videos. Which plan are you trying to signup for?

I was trying to sign up for the custom monthly plan under the $4/month
monthly package choosing Debian 12, 4gb ram, 2vcpus, 100GB storage. I think
it then amounted to $14 or thereabout.

yes please, I got locked out of the server due to incorrect firewalls
rules, please can you help remove the recently set firewall rules so I can
access the server via ssh again?
