unisan2 Posted yesterday at 05:36 PM Posted yesterday at 05:36 PM In this page https://unisanscacchi.heliohost.org/UNI3/board-generator.html suddenly appears this message and this donesn't disappeard, albeit I try to reload the page. What's happened? Quote
wolstech Posted yesterday at 06:25 PM Posted yesterday at 06:25 PM The 404 error was accurate...that file appears to have been deleted from your account. In fact, all .html files have been deleted from that folder. There are other things in the UNI3 folder, but nothing named board-generator.html. I've restored a copy of the UNI3 folder from a backup dated 2024-09-27 for you. Please let us know if you need anything else. Quote
unisan2 Posted yesterday at 06:52 PM Author Posted yesterday at 06:52 PM Thanks for your help. I've the same problem in "Tornei" folder. Can you restore? Thanks. Quote
unisan2 Posted yesterday at 08:14 PM Author Posted yesterday at 08:14 PM Sorry Wolstech, but it seems that the file is still missing because I still see the error file in both folders: when you replaced it, it was visible, but after a while the problem returned... Quote

wolstech Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago If they're disappearing, something's deleting them. They were there after I restored them and they were working. My first suggestion would be to change your password, but it's possible one of your scripts has a security vulnerability or bug. I'll escalate this too, but I have a feeling the response you're going to get is that you need to reset your account due to being a legacy account, which is also going to cause you to lose your .org subdomain since they aren't available anymore. unisan2 Posted 21 hours ago Author Posted 21 hours ago Thanks a lot Wolstech: UNI3 folder seems to be ok (works now), instead Tornei folder is again down. Quote
Krydos Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago Yeah, let's try doing an account reset, and see if that fixes the issue. Please check the backup from https://heliohost.org/backup/ and make sure that everything you need is in there and is the latest version. If anything is missing or an older version please make a backup of anything you need. Once the backup from 2024 is checked, and once you have everything downloaded off the server let us know and we can try resetting your account for you. Quote
unisan2 Posted 13 hours ago Author Posted 13 hours ago Thanks a lot Krydos! I've download .tar file, seems there is all I need. Quote
Krydos Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Alright, I've started the reset. In a few minutes you'll get an email. Click the link in that email to finish the reset. Quote
unisan2 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Done! After how long will the files be uploaded? Quote
wolstech Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago You have to upload them yourself. If you need instructions on how to unpack the backup file, please see this document: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#How_to_Extract_Your_Account_Data_from_the_Backup_File Quote
unisan2 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Ok, I went the "Domain" folder and found the "backup-user-data-xxx.tzst file, but I don't know how to open it. If i right-click, there's an "Open" option, but no associated program... Quote
Krydos Posted 41 minutes ago Posted 41 minutes ago If you're using Windows we have a couple recommended programs for extracting .tzst files listed in the wiki article https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Windows Quote
