HelioHost Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Username: yfarahvidana, Server: Johnny, Main domain: orangesoftware.helioho.stHi Helio Team, I am writing to clarify the recent account activity that may appear to come from the same IP address. My brother recommended HelioHost to me as a free platform to learn programming and experiment with web development. Based on his recommendation, Yesterday I created my own HelioHost account for learning purposes. We are family members living in the same household, so we share the same internet connection. Because of this, both of our accounts may sometimes show login activity from the same IP address, which may explain the alert related to multiple family members using the same connection. Each of us has our own separate account, and we only access and manage our own websites. There is no intent to violate the Terms of Service. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me or if there are any steps we should take to avoid future issues. Thank you very much for your time and understanding. Krydos Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Thanks for letting us know the situation. You and your brother are definitely allowed to each have an account. I have made an exception in the system so you shouldn't get a warning like this again. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
HelioHost Posted January 16 Author Posted January 16 Hi Helio Team, Thank you very much for the confirmation and for allowing my brother and me to each have our own account. I really appreciate the exception you made in the system. Thank you again for your help. On Fri, Jan 16, 2026 at 2:23?PM HelioHost Support wrote: > Thanks for letting us know the situation.
