I am setting up the email and forwarding service for my website, but not
receiving any emails. I have an email (contact@foreverjohnsons27.com) with
emails being forwarded to foreverjohnsons27@gmail.com. Can you walk
me through this please?

It looks like you haven't requested DKIM, SPF, and DMARC to be set up on your account yet.
