Username: wumengsangeng, Server: Tommy, Main domain: wumengsangeng.helioho.st

Dear Admin,
Today, I donated $2, but after trying it out, I realized it wasn't
what I needed. Of course, I'm not asking for a refund. I just want to
confirm, due to a service agreement issue, if my service is released
because I haven't logged in for 30 days, can I immediately regain it
for free in the future if I need it?
Best Regards.

Hello, thank you for your email. Thank you for your donation, it's much appreciated! You are correct that if your account on Tommy (our donor server) is suspended because you haven't logged in for 30 days, that you can reactivate your account for free. We have more info on our wiki here (https://wiki.helionet.org/Suspension_Policy#Inactivity_Policy) but essentially, if your account is suspended for inactivity, you will get a couple reminder emails before it's taken offline. If it does get taken offline, you can reactivate it anytime (even years later) by visiting http://heliohost.org/renew/
Please note that it can sometimes take up to 2 hours for a reactivated account to fully reinstate, similarly to how an Apache restart is needed (which begins every 2 hours) for domain additions.

That said, I'm sorry to hear the service wasn't quite what you needed. We have other offerings (such as our scaling server Morty, and affordable VPS), so if you'd like to tell us a bit more about your requirements, we'd be happy to try to recommend which of our services may be a better fit. If you'd like to read more about Morty you can do so at https://wiki.helionet.org/Morty and to learn more about our VPS, please visit https://heliohost.org/vps/
I believe we've had users transfer their Tommy donation amount towards a spot on Morty or towards a VPS, so if you decide to switch please reach out and a root admin will be able to discuss what options there are for a balance transfer.

Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
