Signup hangs

Wondering if there is an issue with signups. While I have been able to select Johnny within the window before it closes, I get an endless 'validating email' spinning logo. This appears even before I've been given the opportunity to provide an email.

Are the free accounts available any more? I can't sign up if the system won't provide a form to fill in...

That's an odd one. I see that you've started the account creation process, but the email field is empty. I'll escalate your thread so an administrator can look into this.

I just tested the Johnny signup process and it worked fine for me. Plus other people were able to create Johnny accounts an hour and 22 minutes ago. What browser are you using?

We had another person report a similar problem. They actually answered our questions though. They said they were using Google Chrome, and when they disabled their plugins the signup process started working for them. They said the plugins they disabled were Scribe and Meta Pixel helper. I have tested signups with both of those plugins installed, and still can't reproduce the issue. Not sure what is going on, but if you're still having issues let us know and we can investigate further.
