3. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

3.5 GB of node modules in .npm. Want me to delete that for you? I also noticed that your account is a cPanel transfer account. These old transfer accounts tend to have a lot of issues and strange bugs, so we recommend doing a reset on them anyways. This will also reset your storage back to 0 MB used.

i did donate to increase but i do believe that there are node_modules at cache stuff to delete

If you need any of your files from before the reset you can download them from https://heliohost.org/backup The instructions for extracting the backup can be found at https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups In a few minutes you'll receive an email with a link to take the next step in the reset process. I recommend setting your .love domain as your main domain after the reset. You will still have your 7000 MB storage space after the reset. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
