Krydos Posted November 30, 2025 Posted November 30, 2025 When you login to Plesk make sure you do so from https://heliohost.org/ to make sure your login counts. Logging in from other URLs may not count towards keeping your account active. Also keep in mind that viewing your webpage, logging in via SFTP, checking your mail via IMAP, etc don't count towards keeping your account active. If you're having trouble remembering to login every month we do offer a server named Morty that doesn't require monthly logins. Information on how to switch to the Morty plan can be found at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/move/ Your project to help blind people sounds amazing. You're welcome to continue using our hosting for as many years as you want. 1
HelioHost Posted November 30, 2025 Author Posted November 30, 2025 Hi again, Thank you, I do login via https://heliohost.org/ and then I choose Plesk on the dashboard. Now I added 2 files to media to my tests. Can you please check that you see this activity ?
