[Solved] Request to Add Subdomains to My HelioHost Account

Hello HelioHost Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am requesting the addition of multiple subdomains to my HelioHost account.

My account username is: texu  
My main domain is: texu.helioho.st

Please add the following subdomains to my account:

1. mods.helioho.st
2. api.helioho.st
3. files.helioho.st
4. tools.helioho.st
5. store.helioho.st
6. portal.helioho.st
7. project.helioho.st
8. cloud.helioho.st
9. dev.helioho.st
10. apk.helioho.st

These subdomains are required for my project structure.  
Kindly add them to my account whenever possible.

Adding the 10 subdomains you listed, plus your main domain, makes 11 total domains. The limit on the Johnny and Tommy servers is 10, so we can't add all of them. Plus, some of the terms may already be taken or reserved but what we can do is make them subdomains of your account, for example api.texu.helioho.st and the rest in that pattern, too. 

Morty accounts are also limited to 10 domains per account, but you can have multiple Morty accounts. For example, you could put 6 domains on one Morty account and 5 on another to cover your 11 domains. You would still have room for 9 more, since 2 Morty accounts allow up to 20 domains max, 3 Morty accounts allow 30 domains max, and so on.

Please let us know if you'd like to remove 1 domain from your request and that we can add them in the format 'api.texu.helioho.st'. Or if you prefer to switch to Morty, you can move your existing Johnny account over using the Dashboard page for account moves and then sign up for a 2nd Morty account (please note your 2nd Morty account must have a different email address than the 1st account).

I have given you nine domains, you can add them, skip those which are already exited and can I also create a sub domain within these domain.

Several of these domains such as api.helioho.st and dev.helioho.st already belong to other users. The helioho.st domain is shared by thousands of users, so common names like this aren't going to be available on it. 

Is it OK if we put these domains underneath the texu one instead (e.g. api.texu.helioho.st, files.texu.helioho.st, etc.)?

And no, since you'll be at 10 once these are added, you won't have any slots left to add subdomains under them.

Hello! I've added those subdomains to your account for you. You may see the folders for them inside Plesk soon, but it may take up to 2 hours for them to work completely. This is because an Apache restart is needed to finalize domain changes, and the restart begins every 2 hours or so. 

If after a full 2 hours the new subdomains don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
