Add DNS Server

I already have a domain that I’d like to connect to my account.
Do I need to request this manually, or can I set it up myself in the control panel?

It looks like you already set that as your domain. You'll need to either switch your nameservers to HelioHost's or create an A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP address.

You can use an external DNS provider such as Cloudflare if you want to do that.

Set your domain up on Cloudflare, then set an A record pointed to the IPv4 shown in Plesk (and an AAAA record for the IPv6) to host your website here. Zoho will provide the other records needed for email (typically an MX record and a few TXT records for SPF and DKIM).
