lombardonicolo49 Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Hello, I have a problem with my HelioHost account, today logging into HelioHost I saw that my account has exceeded the gigabit limit, however I can not even access the database, web hosting, applications section; plesk does not let me do anything, how could I solve it, to see what is consuming space to remove it, and if necessary expand the space of my account
MoneyBroz Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

wolstech Posted October 22 Posted October 22 The large bulk of your space is automatic backups of an easyappointments installation: root@morty [/home/nlbarbershop.com/httpdocs/prenotaora/storage/backups]# du -hs 793M . Do you want me to empty that folder?

Krydos Posted October 23 Posted October 23 The backups have been deleted. 11 hours ago, lombardonicolo49 said: can you also disable automatic backups? It looks like you had this cron job */10 * * * * /opt/plesk/php/8.3/bin/php -f 'httpdocs/prenotaora/index.php' -- 'console' 'backup' So I deleted it for you.
