HelioHost Posted October 8, 2025 Posted October 8, 2025 Username: alinainspires, Server: Johnny, Main domain: alinatech.helioho.stHello HelioHost Support Team, I did notice my account user name = alinainspires has been closed and received email about possible violation of terms, after checking carefully I agree that one of my room mate also joins heliohost recently possibly 2-3 days ago and we live in a hostel and we shared the same internet connection so that is why it happens, I want to keep my alinainspires account, and my room mate wants to know if there is a way to keep other account as well?

In the future, please be sure to contact us before anyone sharing your internet connection or device creates an account, otherwise all of the accounts will end up suspended again. Also, please make sure the accounts remain and are used independently. If we see crosshosting (hosting pieces of a website across multiple accounts, typically to evade the space limits) or other activity that indicates the accounts are being shared between the users, they will be subject to a (possibly permanent) suspension.
