Hello HelioHost Support,

My account has been taken offline due to inactivity. I still remember my account password, but unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email address that was used to create this account.

I would like to restore my account and regain access to my hosting services. Could you please guide me on how I can proceed without access to the original email?

Account details:

  • Email: vivek72005@gmail.com

  • Server: Tommy

I can verify my identity with the password or any other details required. Please help me restore my account.

Thank you for your support.

i noticed that you donated $27 for a Tommy invite under another email address. as a reminder, you are only allowed to have one account so if your original account is recovered, then you would need to choose which one you would like to keep.

I need my old account access, please do restore it asap. i also have not donated $27 yet, because i was looking for my old account and when i try to login i found that i remember my id and password, so i request you to please restore my account. Once my account is restored i will donate from that account. I hope you will help me asap. Thanks You

That account was created on cPanel. We haven't used cPanel for years. There is no way to even restore it because it requires a cPanel server to restore it. Why didn't you move your account to Plesk when we emailed you about it on 2023-02-05?

It's no longer possible to move cPanel accounts as that process required the cPanel servers still be running...those were retired and deleted years ago at this point.

Since it was a Tommy account, we can send an invite to a new address for you so don't have to donate for a new account, but it will be an empty account. If you want to go this route, what email address do you want the invite sent to?

Without the email account attached to the backup, there is no way to recover the data unless Krydos has another way of verifying identity (I'll leave that to him). If you still had the email account, the process would be to verify via email, then download the backup and manually unpack it, request an invite for a replacement account at your new email address, and rebuild the websites on the new account using the files out of the archive.
