HelioHost Posted September 2, 2025 Posted September 2, 2025 Username: astron, Server: Johnny, Main domain: astron.heliohost.orgWell, if you have such data, it means that your system is not working properly and/or correctly. I log in there whenever possible and completely consciously, and there are still quite a few more of these times in August. Much more than only one. Krydos Posted September 2, 2025 Posted September 2, 2025 Did you login at https://heliohost.org or https://heliohost.org/login/ or some other URL?
neptunus Posted September 2, 2025 Posted September 2, 2025 Well, since this isn't the first time I've had this problem, I log in quite often, in every possible place, and usually for several hours. Usually really in every week and more than once.
Krydos Posted September 2, 2025 Posted September 2, 2025 We have 6447 accounts right now, and you're the only one who consistently has this issue. If you could provide some actual data we may be able to get this fixed for you. Useful data ideas: browser version, OS version, exact timestamps of login times, the exact URL you used to login, any error messages you see. Non-useful data: not the first time I've had this problem, quite often, every possible place, several hours, every week, more than once. If you just want to complain occasionally, that's fine, but if you actually think there's an issue and you want to help us fix it we'll need to find a way to replicate the bug you're seeing.
neptunus Posted September 3, 2025 Posted September 3, 2025 (edited) Well, I'll shut up. Otherwise, it would be great, but look, I can't figure out what this problem could be and what the next problem could be that I should start keeping a diary about. Not long ago was problem that I seemed to have logged in too many times in a row. So be smart and figure out what the next problem will be. I'm not that smart, but I would still be grateful if someone pointing out the problems, but not start making accusations for that. Have good day or evening or night - I don't know what You currently have there. Here is deep night. I won't respond anymore and I won't report any problems unless they are very important. Anyway, thanks for the help so far. And I won't be making or keeping any log of when I log in or out. PS. I usually use Chrome, sometimes Edge and Firefox, but rarely. Yes, it's true that Chrome has had a lot of problems for a long time. Edited September 3, 2025 by neptunus

I can set your login date manually to a few days ago, and then you can try logging in. Once you've logged in let me know, and I can tell you if the login date updated or not.
